سياسة الحجز والإلغاء لـ Planet Travel
تحدد هذه السياسة القواعد والإجراءات المتبعة لتأكيد، تعديل، أو إلغاء الحجوزات الخاصة بـ Planet Travel (بما يشمل خدمات النقل السياحي، الليموزين، حجوزات الفنادق، وتذاكر الطيران). يرجى الاطلاع عليها قبل إتمام الدفع.
أولاً: سياسة وإجراءات الحجز
يُعد الحجز مبدئياً ولا يصبح مؤكداً ونهائياً إلا بعد استلام العميل إشعار التأكيد الرسمي من الشركة (سواء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب) وسداد القيمة المتفق عليها أو الدفعة المقدمة بحسب نوع الباقة المطلوبة.
ثانياً: تعديل المواعيد والبيانات
يُسمح للعميل بطلب تعديل موعد الرحلة، نوع السيارة، أو تفاصيل الحجز الفندقي قبل الموعد المحدد بفترة كافية تخضع لطبيعة الخدمة. قد تطبق رسوم إضافية بناءً على التغييرات المطلوبة ومدى توفر الخدمة البديلة وقت التعديل.
ثالثاً: سياسة إلغاء الحجوزات واسترداد الأموال
تخضع عمليات الإلغاء للضوابط التالية:
- تختلف المدد الزمنية المتاحة للإلغاء المجاني بناءً على نوع الخدمة (ليموزين، حجز فندقي، أو طيران) وسيتم إخطار العميل بها عند الحجز.
- في حال الإلغاء المتأخر (خارج المدة المحددة مسبقاً)، يحق للشركة خصم نسبة من الدفعة المقدمة أو كامل القيمة لتغطية التكاليف التشغيلية الفعلية.
- تخضع تذاكر الطيران لسياسات الإلغاء والاسترداد الخاصة بشركات الطيران الناقلة مباشرة، ولا تتحمل Planet Travel فروق الأسعار الناتجة عنها.
Booking & Cancellation Policy for Planet Travel
This policy defines the rules and procedures followed for confirming, amending, or cancelling reservations made with Planet Travel (including tourist transport, limousine services, hotel bookings, and flight tickets). Please review it before completing your payment.
1. Booking and Confirmation Procedures
A reservation is considered preliminary and does not become confirmed or final until the client receives an official confirmation notice from the company (via email or WhatsApp) and the agreed value or down payment is settled according to the requested package type.
2. Amendments to Schedules and Details
Clients are permitted to request amendments to the trip date, car type, or hotel reservation details before the scheduled time by a sufficient period subject to the nature of the service. Additional fees may apply based on the requested changes and the availability of the alternative service at the time of modification.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following regulations:
- Timeframes for free cancellation vary based on the service type (limousine, hotel booking, or flight) and will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
- In the event of a late cancellation (outside the predefined period), the company reserves the right to deduct a percentage of the deposit or the full value to cover actual operational costs.
- Flight tickets are strictly subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective operating airlines, and Planet Travel bears no liability for resulting price differences.
